The project architect coordinates closely with mechanical, electrical, plumbing,
system engineers and structural consulting engineers as well as with the special engineering
needs of the client.
ASI promotes a complete team effort in the fulfillment of the program and

Schematic
Design: |

The architect reviews alternative
concepts and assists the client in establishing the program. We
work closely with each individual client's program to achieve a successful and
aesthetically pleasing design. The architect then prepares design drawing for
the client's approval. |

Design
Development: |

Based upon the approved schematic design
drawings the project architect researches basic materials, methods, code requirements, and
prepares drawings and supporting data spelling out his findings for the client's
approval. |

Construction Document: |

Based upon the approved design development
drawings, the architect prepares completely detailed drawings and specifications
including dimensioned plans, elevations, schedules, sections, and details for
construction. |

Bidding / Negotiating: |

The architect requests bid proposals from
various construction company's. Once bids are submitted the Architect
assists the Client in selecting the Construction Company. He requests a contract
for construction on the Client's behalf. |

Construction
Administration: |
| |
The Architect visits the site during the
construction phase and advises the Client on the progress and quality. The
Architect reviews and approves the Contractors draw requests for payment. He
provides miscellaneous information requested by the Contractor. |
