Joel G. Gaertner has practiced architecture as a principal since 1987. Joel
G. Gaertner was a corporate architect for the Mid-west and Eastern seaboard
regions of the country for Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation. He also worked
with Bohm NBBJ, The Bowman Group, McKnight and Hosterman, and Wright Miller and
Associates until starting Architectural Services in 1987.
More recently he has worked for James A. Monsul and Associates with primary
responsibilities on strip shopping centers, office building cell construction
and tenant build outs.
Architectural Services Association was established in 1987 and incorporated
in November 1989. ASI was established for the purpose of providing a complete
and comprehensive architectural service for all types of projects. Architectural
Services Inc. specializes in church and religious facilities but Joel Gaertner
also has an extensive experience in commercial, industrial, restaurant, medical
office, and residential projects. The firm also has a background in renovations,
alterations, and remodels of a variety of project types.
